All session rooms will be equipped with a computer and a computer controlled projector. Lecture halls will be equipped with microphones and loudspeakers. If you require any other piece of equipment, please let us know in advance.
The session room equipment is prepared for presentations using MS Windows and Office XP (backwards compatible with earlier versions). You will probably find PowerPoint to be the most feasible software for the presentation. A technical assistant will help you to copy your presentation to the computer.
Technical instructions for poster presentations
Poster boards are 0.48m in length and 0.90m in width. If your poster does not fit the required specifications you will not be able to display your poster. It is extremely important that the posters are mounted ready for viewing at the starting time and are removed promptly at the end of the time.
Posters can be brought and mounted during all conference, starting on Monday (June 28). The required material for hanging posters will be available at the registration desk. Poster discussion will be held on Thursday (July 1) at 18:20. All authors are kindly asked to be near their posters at that time.
