General information

Abstract Submission is closed. We would like to thank all authors for their abstracts sent.
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and accepted as oral or poster presentations. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book only from registered and paid participants.

Notification of acceptance / rejection will be e-mailed by May 24th (contact IVC 2010 Secretariat if you have not received your notification e-mail by that date). However, the Scientific Commitee will try to inform all authors by May 1st - early registration deadline. The corresponding author (the one who submitted the abstract) will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing all co-authors of the status of the abstract.

Submission guidelines

1. Abstracts must be submitted in comprehensible English.

2. The abstract must fit into one page and must be sent in latex and pdf format.

3. The author, submitting the abstract, should inform IVC 2010 Secretariat of the preffered presentation type (oral or poster).

4. The author, submitting the abstract should indicate his/her preferred section and session. Session list can be found HERE.

4. The person submitting the abstract should be one of the authors (either presenting or co-author) in that abstract. The presenting author (s) must be marked on the abstract form. The number of co-authors is unlimited. All authors attending the Conference must register for the Conference individually.

5. The abstract must contain the following information about all authors:

• Title, name, surname
• Affiliation (name of institution, department, city, country)
• E-mail

6. It is the author‘s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author. Changes to abstracts are only possible until the deadline.

It is planned to publish the proceedings of the conference in "Lithuanian Mathematical Journal" in 2011 year volume. Now "Lithuanian Mathematical Journal" is published by Springer, it is included in the ISI Master Journal list. More information about conference proceedings will be available in May, 2010.
