Vilnius City Tour

The capital, Vilnius, is one of the most beautiful towns in Eastern Europe, situated where the Neris and Vilnele rivers meet and surrounded by picturesque wooded hills. Founded in 1323, its unique character and architecture reflects its history at crossroads of the Roman, Byzantine and Eurasians worlds. Vilnius many churches and towers, fortifications, secluded medieval courtyards and narrow streets are a mix of Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Classical styles.

Medieval Town

While taking a walk along the streets of the Old Town, visiting its courtyards and houses, we often unknowingly pass the places where once used to be a city wall, which enclosed the city in the Middle Ages and marked its borders. The centre of the city and the network of streets formed around the Town Hall where different events, fairs, a market used to take place.
This tour is an excellent opportunity to visit the distant past and feel how the city has changed in the course of centuries. We will be happy to show You Territory of Vilnius Castles, St. Anne's and Bernadine's' Churches, Bastion of Vilnius Defense Wall, Pilies street, Šv.
