CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS:

As it was announced, the proceedings of the conference will be published as two issues of "Lithuanian Mathematical Journal". For the refereeing process there is no requirements for the papers (thus only pdf file could be sent to the address vygantas.paulauskas@mif.vu.lt , we remind that the deadline is 1 of September). Also there is no requirements on the number of pages, but definitely papers longer that 20 pages will have smaller probability of acceptance due to the limited space on LMJ. In the case the paper will be accepted we shall ask to adopt it to the LMJ style which can be found on Springer homepage
